• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Meta for Developers);
• Telegram (Telegram Messenger and the Telegram Bot API);
• n8n GmbH (n8n Cloud and the self-hosted n8n);
• Supabase, DeepSeek, Groq, Hostinger, Resend, or any other service named in our guides or workflows.

These names and logos are trademarks of their owners. I use them only to say what our files work with. Some links on the Site are affiliate links; see the Affiliate disclosure.

• Templates and free downloads are files: workflows, database files, layouts and guides. They run in your n8n, on your server, with your database and accounts. I don't run them, and the data that flows through them doesn't reach me.
• Page Autopilot is setup work. During the install call I see your screen while you share it; you type every password and key yourself. During the 14 days of fixes you may give me a temporary login, which you can remove at any time. After that I have no access to your system unless you arrange ongoing help.
• I don't host n8n for anyone (n8n's own license reserves that for agreements with n8n).

If you connect Facebook, you are responsible for following Meta's terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Developer Policies, the Pages and community standards, and its rules about AI-generated content.

1. Your developer app. You create and keep your own Meta developer account and app, and choose its permissions (such as pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list). At the time of writing, an app in Development mode can post to a Page you manage without App Review. If Meta asks for business verification or App Review for your use, completing it is up to you.
2. Your posts. Every post goes out only after you approve it. Check it before you tap ✅.
3. Never use the files to send unsolicited messages, scrape data, spam, or post misleading content.
4. Meta decides. Meta can change limits, revoke tokens, restrict apps or Pages, or change what reaches people, at any time. I can't control or reverse that, and I'm not responsible for restrictions Meta places on your accounts.

• You create your own bots with @BotFather and keep their tokens private.
• Your bots must follow Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot API rules, including its sending limits. Our workflows only message you (the owner), not other people.

• The text the system drafts from, and the voice notes you send Vy, go to these providers to be processed under their terms and privacy policies, which may include processing in other countries. Don't put passwords or other secrets in posts, prompts or voice notes.
• AI can be wrong. The system checks drafts against your rules, but you approve every post.
• AI usage is billed by the provider to your account. Set a spending limit or keep a small balance.

You choose and pay these providers. Their uptime, limits, prices and data policies are theirs. Keep backups of anything important.

Platforms change their APIs, permissions, prices and rules without asking anyone. Files are tested against the versions available when they are released (the setup guide says which).

• Templates: when I fix a break for my own page, buyers get the fix as a free update within the same version, as far as it's possible. Buying doesn't oblige me to rewrite your setup after every outside change.
• Page Autopilot: I fix breaks during the 14 days. After that, help is by separate agreement.
