License agreement
What you may do with the files, and what nobody may.
The short version
You may
Use and change the files for your own business. Free kits: also set them up for a client in their accounts.
Nobody may
Sell, share or publish the files, or build a competing template from them.
Yours stays yours
Your posts, settings and data belong to you. The files stay licensed, not sold.
This License Agreement covers the files DK Esales LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Licensor", "I", "me"), provides: n8n workflow
files (.json), database files (.sql), post layouts, the image service, setup guides and other documentation (together, the "Files").
It applies to free downloads, to templates you buy, and to the workflows installed in your accounts during a Page Autopilot install.
By downloading, importing or using the Files, you agree to it.
What you may do
A · Free downloads (for example the AI Starter Kit)
- Use the Files for yourself or your business, and change them as you like.
- Set them up for a client inside the client's own accounts.
- Don't share, sell or publish the Files themselves (see section 2).
B · Templates and kits you buy (one business)
- Use the Files for one business: yours (or yourself, if you buy as a person), on n8n instances you or your business control, for as many of that business's own Facebook Pages as you like.
- Change, adapt and extend the Files for that business.
- Keep using the version you bought for as long as you like. Updates within the same version are free when I release them.
- Not included: setting the Files up for other businesses or clients. If you want that, ask me first.
C · Page Autopilot installs
- The workflows and files installed in your accounts during a Page Autopilot install come with license B, for the business named on the invoice. They keep working after the 14 days of fixes; nothing needs to be renewed.
What nobody may do
Whatever you got and however you got it, you may not:
- Redistribute or resell the Files, original or changed, as files: no selling, renting, sublicensing, giving away, uploading to a public repository (such as GitHub), template marketplace or forum, or sharing download links.
- Build a competing product from them: no template packs, courses, bundles or clones based on the Files.
- Use them to harm people or break rules: no spam, unsolicited messages, scraping without permission, harassment, phishing, or anything that breaks the law or a platform's terms (such as Meta's or Telegram's).
Showing your own setup in a screenshot, a video or a post is fine.
Ownership
- This is a license to use, not a sale. DK Esales LLC keeps the copyright and other rights in the Files.
- Third-party parts keep their own licenses. The fonts used in the layouts (Archivo, Gochi Hand) are under the SIL Open Font License. n8n itself is licensed by n8n GmbH under its own license (the Sustainable Use License for the self-hosted Community Edition), which you must follow. The services you connect (Facebook, Telegram, Supabase, AI providers) have their own terms.
- Your content is yours: your posts, settings, data and anything the system creates for your Page.
No warranty, limited liability
The Files are provided under the Terms of Service, including the warranty disclaimer and the limit of liability there.
Ending the license
- Your license lasts as long as you keep to this agreement.
- If you break it, the license ends. You then stop using the Files and delete your copies of them, including changed versions.
- Sections 2, 3 and 4 still apply after the license ends.
