Refund policy
When you get your money back, and how to ask.
The short version
Before the install call
Page Autopilot: a full refund, for any reason. Just ask.
If it doesn't work
A full refund if no first post goes out because of my side and I can't fix it within the 14 days.
Templates, later
14 days: if a template doesn't work and I can't fix it within 2 working days, you get your money back.
This policy covers what you buy from DK Esales LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("I", "me"). It is written to be short and clear. If something here is unclear, ask before you pay.
Page Autopilot (done-for-you install)

Not a reason for a refund after the install call (I still help as far as I can during the 14 days):
- a block on your accounts, for example Meta restricting your developer account or Page, or a provider refusing your sign-up;
- changes you made to the workflows, credentials or settings yourself;
- deciding later that you don't need it.
Provider costs (your server, AI credit and any other accounts in your name) are paid by you to those providers. I can't refund them; their own policies apply.
Templates and kits (when they go on sale)
Templates will be sold through an online shop that acts as the merchant of record. The shop processes refunds, and its checkout may show its own terms as well.
- Within 14 days of purchase: if the template doesn't work in a supported setup (the n8n version and accounts listed on the product page), tell me what happens. If I can't fix it or send a corrected file within 2 working days of your report, you get a full refund.
- To help me fix it fast, send: the email you bought with, a screenshot of the error from n8n's Executions list, and your n8n version.
- Not a reason for a refund:
- not having (or not wanting to pay for) the required accounts, such as a server, a Meta developer account or AI credit;
- restrictions or changes by Meta, Telegram or other providers;
- a setup that doesn't meet the listed requirements;
- errors caused by your own changes to the workflow (added nodes, edited code, changed credentials);
- deciding you don't need it after downloading.
Free downloads
The AI Starter Kit is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Ongoing help (on request)
If you arrange monthly help with me after your install, you can cancel any month. You pay only for months that have started.
How to ask
Use the contact form, write to doankhoa@dkesalesllc.com, or reply to your invoice email, from the email address you paid with. I answer within 2 working days and send approved refunds back to the way you paid within 5 working days. Your payment provider may take a few more days to show it.
Payment disputes
Please contact me before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Most problems are solved faster directly. If a dispute is opened without contacting me first, I may pause support and the license for that purchase until it is resolved.
Your rights
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
